Lille is France’s fifth largest metropolitan area in the border with Belgium, it is important its dynamic financial centre, also Lille is an artistic and historic city. Lille has become an important tourist destination, recognised for its welcoming living environment, well-preserved heritage and active cultural life. I was impressed for the fabulous food in the city, there are hundreds of little patisseries selling more cakes than I knew existed, as well as a number of chocolate shops. It is also well-known for its student life because of its university.
It was grateful to go there and see all the social life, people and shops around the city. I just wanted to share with you some of the pictures I took in another city I was lucky to visit during my Erasmus experience. Maybe, I do not have the enough time that the blog deserves, but I am travelling a lot and that really worth it.
