Bow and Roses in Graslei

Probably one of my favourites places in Gent is Graslei, during the day you can enjoy their unique antique houses which toguether form the story of the incredible blossoming of Ghent 's economy during the Middle Ages. At night, the illumination of the houses that are reflected in the water is worth admiring.
"Graslei, two wonderful rows of houses are reflected in the water of the Leie. Young and old alike enjoy the first rays of sunshine. There is much laughter, lazing about and fun. This is the beating heart of Ghent's city centre" (by Ghent visitor's guide).

I took this photos one month ago, where was still warm enough to wear this blazer. Rain has came back to Ghent and days are becoming shorter. I am knowing myself in this unique city. Being and meeting lots of new people but feeling lonely some times. Waiting for coming back to home in Christmas and hoping everything is going to be as always. Not worries anymore, proud of myself forever since now. I am like this and I am not going to change, it is ok if you like it and so is if not.
