You already know that I spent last July in Miami Beach, but I haven't told you before about my last weekend there, when I went to one of the most glamorous and luxuries places in Miami Beach: Fountainebleau.
I went there with three friends to have a walk, drink a cocktail in one of Fountainebleau's lounge bars: Bleau Bar, have dinner in it's famous Asian restaurant: Hakkasan, and dance on the nightclub's floor LIV, the best night club in Florida.

Fontainebleau, whose architect is Morris Lapidus, is a glamorous, modern and luxury environment that surrounds you with every kind of pleasure, inviting you to enter a world where you are free to play, shop, dine, spa, meet or simply relax.
It has a luxury hotel, a famous spa including private treatment rooms, 11 fine dining and casual restaurants including signature experiences by culinary celebrities, a nightclub, a poolside bar, a lobby bar and a lounge where you can enjoy fabulous champagne.

Firstly we went to drink champagne at Bleau Bar which was considered the best neighbourhood bar of Miami Beach in 2009 by Miami New Times. The legendary Fontainebleau Miami Beach is “the” resort where James Bond and Goldfinger played a game of gin rummy, where Frank and The Rat Pack played and where Elvis was really “in the building,” this iconic playground to the stars is back and more alluring than ever. Bleau Bar in the lobby level has been long regarded as the meeting place of the stars. The Fontainebleau's signature bar presents late afternoon entertainment along with a full bar and wide selection of excellent wines and classic cocktails serving a light bar fare.

One of my favourite foods is sushi and we decided to enjoy our last dinner in Miami Beach at Hakkasan, which is considered one of the best Asian restaurant in Florida. It is also in the top 50 best restaurant in the World by Michelin. Although Hakkasan is rooted in the culinary traditions of China, the restaurant’s philosophy and cuisine are not chained by convention. It offers authentic Cantonese dinners complimented by a diverse menu of New World wines and sake.

Later, we went to LIV, which is on the "Worlds' top 10 nightclubs". LIV is rumoured to be the highest-grossing club in the world, and not because it is big, but because people spend big. It has an exclusive lounge and a high-energy nighclub where you can see celebrities, VIPs ans Miami's local party crowd. DJs plays from rock to hip hop to house and DJ Tiesto, who has played at hundreds of clubs all over the world, has chosen his current favourite - LIV nightclub.
Admission fee and upscale dress code is strictly applied and LIV management reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone, in its sole discretion.
